Enable user groups to access all tenants
I have a need for a user level that allows a user that is not a super admin to access all tenants without needing a super to change the tenant. We solve many problems and although it is only a brief disruption to change the tenant it still disrupts.
For these non-super users, while I need them to view all tenants I want their permission to be restricted to 1) accessing the SQL of existing mappings/flows and 2) using the explorer to query the source. I want this user level to be restricted from 1) running any flow, 2) editing the connection, and 3) managing any metrics.
This setup would allow support associates to investigate an issue with the source data on their own with minimal exposure to making an error (I am aware Explorer can cause an error when running a bad flow).

A feature like this would be helpful for our org too. We have support team members who don’t need edit access but should be able to view across tenants (each tenant maps to a different product suite for us). A dedicated support-style permission set would reduce reliance on Super Admin for investigation.
