Add message and script to scheduler email

I want to add a message to the scheduler that contains all the handled flow exceptions.
Add a message field where we can append additional text to the default email the scheduler sends. Allow for parameters in the message ({abc}) that can be set in a script block which has access to the flow exceptions variable. Also allow the script block to stop the email sending by setting value property like in a condition field.

This would avoid needing a nested flow and a emailer job when i split up my flows to run the periodic sync
