Repeat long running schedule notifications

When telling a schedule to alert you if it’s been running for more than X minutes, allow it to alert you every X minutes. Right now I can’t tell the difference between a very long running job that succeeds eventually, and a stalled job that doesn’t end for days. Both send me only a single email.
