Broker restart when flow takes over a variable threshold

We had cases when the agent consumes a lot of resources and/or stuck due to database connection. in this case the flow will keep alive for hours and only manual intervention fix that. I suggest to set a variable that restart the agent in case that a flow takes more time then a threshold set
