Packages and versioning

It would be nice to create a "package" of flows and connections and store it as a certain version. It should then be easy to switch between versions just by toggling the desired version number.

Being able to add/edit flows, connections, etc via code/json config would be very powerful. Then adding version control on top of that would be amazing.
