Allow import to keep connections and update flows

Currently, import can replace connection and flows or keep connection and flows. We want to be able to export everything from a development environment ETL Works server to a QA ETL Works server, then onto UAT etc. without it overwriting all the connection strings of the connections on the destination ETL Works server
